I've often thought of Joseph through the years. A secret disciple who begged for the body of Jesus. No longer a secret, his life would never be the same. Buried him in his own new tomb. With Nicodemus beside him they stepped forward at a vital time. No longer a secret who they loved. The disciples scattered, but they stepped forward. I am so thankful.
Thank you for pouring out, Jonathan! I have loved traveling this journey this week in a way I never have before. No words to express the deeper thankfulness and praise of gratitude in my heart.♥️ 🎶
Thank you Jonathan, for taking us all along on this week long reflection of the end of Jesus life, death and resurrection. There were so many meaningful pictures. Things to think about now and go back to think about again later on. Increasing our thankfulness and praise for Him is so worthwhile. Thank you again.
Thank you Darren! 🙏 Thank you so much for walking through this with me.
Your words mean more than I can say. Not because of anything I’ve done, but because they reflect the kind of heart response I prayed this series might stir.
If these reflections helped draw your heart into deeper thankfulness and worship, then that is more than enough.
I’m grateful to have shared this journey with you.
I've always thought of praising and worshipping God as something kind of light and
fluffy because it didn't really seem like we were DOING anything. Now I'm realizing that it's the most important thing we can show to God and what he's looking for from us.
Jesus had changed everything. For Mary M. for each one who responds to His invitation. Changes so far beyond our human abilities. The miracle of being included in His Eternal Family 🦋💖
I love that thought: "For each one who responds to His invitation". We are all invited 🙏 Thank you for reading, commenting and sharing in this experience!
Thank you Jonathan for putting so many of my feelings into words. Words I couldn’t express, but felt. Thank you for giving us a glimpse into the Last week of Jesus life. I look forward to reading more of your work. Thank you.
Thank you Jonathan for your passion for writing and your labour of love in expounding the heart and sacrifice of our saviour. Your Easter series has moved my heart to love Him more. ❤️🩹
Thanks again Jonathan, this reminded me of a very lasting impression from a previous Easter service. The speaker began talking about the greatest celebration that ever should have been. And no one, no ond showed up., he told them more than once of rising in three days. Even the women who did go there, went to anoint a body, not with the purpose of celebration. But since that day we can all celebrate.
Thanks for sharing this Jonathan. It was so true and well communicated. I could feel the silence! Our hearts burn now even in our day to think of Jesus and what He did for us. Love how i have realized only since all this upheaval that God showed Abraham His truth (Jesus) when God demonstrated that He would never ask anyone else to sacrifice their son as He God would do that for us. Such a pure perfect gift given to us. This year as we listened the first time to a service on Friday my heart was in my throat to realize Jesus on the cross for me. God doing what He would never ask anyone to do, God did it.
I would encourage you to do audible of your writings as then busy folk could listen in the car or doing other stuff. i love to listen bible talks or scripture teachings while I have do my accounting job. Most of the time the work is entering information. Can't listen when i pay bills or do payroll or do reconciliations but the rest of the time:) Thanks again for sharing.
Thank you Alice! 🙏😊. Abraham had a unique and profound insight into the heart of God, when God trusted him with the experience, it's quite a thing for us to read, and another altogether to understand the love and heart of our heavenly Father

Yes, that was truly a profound and special moment! 🙏 Thank you for coming along in the journey
